ROWDE is a creative studio based in Paris, New York, and Europe. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Who we are

What we collect

We only collect the data you choose to share and the minimum needed to run the site:

  • Newsletter: if you subscribe, your email address and, optionally, your first and last name.
  • Contact: if you email us, the content of your message and your email address.
  • Analytics: anonymised usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser) collected only if you accept analytics cookies.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use two kinds:

  • Essential: required for the site to function and to remember your cookie choice. These do not require consent.
  • Analytics: set by Google Analytics to help us understand how the site is used. These load only after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser data, which will show the banner again.

How we use your data

We use the information above to send our newsletter (only if you subscribed), to reply to your messages, and to improve the site. We never sell your personal data.

Services we rely on

A few trusted third parties process data on our behalf, each under their own privacy terms:

  • Google Analytics: website analytics (only with your consent).
  • Klaviyo: newsletter and email delivery.
  • Netlify: website hosting.

How long we keep it

We keep newsletter data until you unsubscribe, and contact messages for as long as needed to answer you and keep a reasonable record. Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard settings.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and applicable laws, you can request to:

  • Access the data we hold about you.
  • Correct or update it.
  • Delete it ("right to be forgotten").
  • Withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time.
