Katrien Van Der Schueren's Cabinets of Curiosity

ROWDE photographed Katrien Van Der Schueren's The Ark of Us at Onna House Hamptons, documenting a collection of cabinets of curiosity that brings together natural history, found objects, and contemporary craft.

Set within the house, the pieces enter into a dialogue with their surroundings, allowing their varied materials, forms, and details to be experienced in context.

We created a dedicated photography series for the presentation, building an image library that captures both the individuality of each work and its relationship to the space.
