Inside L'Opale Noire

For Paragone, ROWDE developed the visual direction for a film about L'Opale Noire, a Paris hotel designed by Thomas Fournier.

Through photography and film, we explored the project's distinctive material palette, dark tones, and layered interiors, capturing the atmosphere of the hotel through both still and moving image.

The work translates Fournier's architectural vision into a visual narrative that moves between detail and space, revealing the character of L'Opale Noire through its materials, textures, and compositions.

Paragone is a Paris and New York based agency representing talent across design and architecture, working to amplify voices and shape narratives around their work.
